CATHERINE RODRIGUEZ
with more than 30 years of experience, Catherine is a founding partner of Filler Rodriguez, LLP. Ms. Rodriguez practices exclusively in the areas of marital and family law. Prior to dedicating her practice to family law Ms. Rodriguez acquired extensive trial experience as a commercial litigator representing numerous businesses and parties in complex business lawsuits. She has tried numerous jury trials and bench trials.
BRIANNA STERN
is an associate attorney at Filler Rodriguez, LLP. Brianna Stern has been a valued member of the Filler Rodriguez LLP team since August 2022 and her practice focuses on marital and family law. Brianna’s primary focus is to assist clients effectively navigate through the most challenging times in their lives. Brianna has experience in matters such as divorce, child custody, parenting time, child support, modification/enforcement, and paternity.
ALEX PASTRANA
joined Filler Rodriguez, LLP in 2017 as a legal assistant and has since become a Florida Registered Paralegal focusing exclusively in marital and family law. Alex employs his interpersonal skills and significant experience in customer relations to assist clients every step of the way while providing continuous support to the attorneys. From high conflict cases to prenuptial/postnuptial agreements, Alex is involved from the start to the finish line.
EVA VILARINO
Eva Vilarino graduated from Florida International University in 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. Ms. Vilarino graduated Cum Laude from American University Washington College of Law in May 2024. While in law school, Ms. Vilarino worked as a judicial intern and gained experience through internships in business law, probate law and business appellate law.
