Catherine Rodriguez, Esq.
Partner to the firm, is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, Ms. Rodriguez graduated cum laude from Tufts University (1988), Medford, Massachusetts, and obtained her law degree from the University of Florida (1991). Ms. Rodriguez is a member of the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District and the Middle District of Florida. Ms. Rodriguez acquired extensive trial experience in the seven years she served as an Assistant State Attorney and as a Broward County Assistant County Attorney. Ms. Rodriguez has handled a wide range of disputes including but not limited to: divorce, separation agreements, alimony, child support, child custody, relocation, modification of judgments, modification of child support, modification of alimony, marital settlement agreements, pre-nuptial agreements and domestic and international child abduction pursuant to the Hague convention. She has had success in reuniting families when one of the parents has abducted the child from a foreign country.
Ms. Rodriguez' vast experience, has given her an advantage in representing spouses who hold significant business interests as assets. Her numerous years of experience and her background enable her to assess each dispute with a unique and global perspective providing a solid base to vigorously represent her clients to the best of her ability.
